Good to see you're willing to look at things fairly.

I did from the beginning.

I don't agree, but we'll just agree to disagree. Agreed?

Not agreed.

It's not a matter of opinions. And it's not even the topic of my post.

I've always said that DMC4 was glitched as F. But at the same time, it was one of those rare lucky ass cases where glitches added depth to combat, instead of damaging it. Here, it just breaks the combat.

Okay, I can choose not to use it, but it's still there. You know what I mean? This new dev team for DMC4SE seems to have messed it up a bit.

We need to be able to post pictures on here. >_> My Witty Pop Culture reference was ruined!

^ Eh, agreed. Ask in the staff thread.

I was talking about me having the opinion of you not looking at things fairly. You can say "it's not a matter of opinions," but that's just another way of saying "you're wrong."

No matter how much you insist, it's not going to change my viewpoint on the matter.

I know what you're talking about. And yeah you're wrong. Ever since we got the first actual info about the game, meaning the first full trailer, I've praised what I liked (overall combat and gameplay, old cast comeback) and criticized what I disliked (sh8 business practice, costume choices, Vergil's ending, and now this).

You can say "you're wrong" all you want. I'm not convinced that you're looking at things fairly.

You're a liar.

Nice try. But I'm not. Now quit the false accusations or I'll report you.

Huh, how does that work? You keep the damage bonus after a distorted move?
Foxtrot94
Foxtrot94
Works the same as Dante. Regular Distortion. It's just that Vergil's damage output seems to exceed even that of Dante. Damage is crazy. There's this guy who could deplete around 3/4 of Sanctus's health by just a normal punch, and a distorted one.

Huh, that's pretty insane. Was it on DMD? I realized that Vergil was pretty broken but...
Foxtrot94
Foxtrot94
Well the video stated DMD, but I can't be 100% sure cause he was killing enemies so fast they didn't have time to DT. Also he was doing a speedrun, so he was avoiding combat as much as possible.

Well this isn't anything new. Look at rising dragon for example in DMC4. A long time to charge but when it hits, heavy ass damage.

Well, we'll soon be able to find out but if it's true then... hopefully we get Debug mode and SpoilerAL for GMD.
Foxtrot94
Foxtrot94
I know. But what I'm saying is that Vergil's damage seems even heavier. And that's saying A LOT.

He's the OP character. Like Rosa in Bayonetta 2. Be lucky he's not VERY much like Rosa who only needs three hits to get killed.

You two (Foxtrot) and (Vergilius) need to learn to ignore each other if you simply find yourself disagreeing with each other so much etc
