Not necessarily, DMC community as a whole is like a bunch of tribes, if the site offers people to gather in groups connected by similar interest, chances are there is one for DMC fans, though what they do depends on the type of the site (tumblr DMC community for instance is mostly about art/roleplay). But I think as far as forums go, this might be the last one left for English speaking fans.

The one on devils-lair was completely taken down, since webmaster lost interest in site in general. I don't recall seeing any other, just blog style discussions on tumblr, DMC wiki, etc.
