I've had a thought, as much as I'd love the extra money, I'd have to set up a Paypal account (I hate my bank). I'll make the PS3 Themes, but I'd rather the donations went to the site (just send me a DmC towel...lol ). If i send the themes to you via PM (with a link to the mediafire account where i'll upload them), would you be able to upload them to the front page?
If it's okay, I'll even take requests.

BTW, i was joking about the towel.

Just one question about Paypal, does it cost to set up? (does the bank take any money etc)

VB: I wish I could remember. I'm pretty sure that that there aren't any charges at all for a 'Personal Account' or whatever PayPal calls it, but it was about 5 years ago when I first signed up so they might have rolled out new some new policies and such.

VB: I have to be honest: I've been Googlin' away for a bit to get some answers for you, but I haven't been able to find anything definitive. To my understanding, though, you will only ever be charged a percentage of what you receive through payments/donations.

Apparently, percentages vary depending on the amount received.

I've been researching about Paypal and my bank... and... I've not been reading good things. But, I'll go into the bank tomorrow and ask if they charge anything regarding Paypal. If i get it set up tomorrow, i'll pm you with the details, then you post the PS3 themes (if you still want to) :3

That's the strange thing: I've heard nothing but bad things about PayPal, but I've never ever had a problem with them myself. I'm always buying junk via eBay and using them to pay, and I've never had any issues from them regarding accepting donations or selling goods either.

Same here. Especially hackings...I spoke to my bank (I had to, I've googled natwest and paypal... there are some horror stories on there). But, I'm signed up to paypal and it's all sorted. (Sent you a PM)

You program HTML? How did you design this site?
I tried once. Bought a domene and used filezilla for music uploads into the site. The design and more advanced functions. I have not tried yet. Does it use triggers and such? I am learning computer today still. From file transfer to hardware and software configuration to internet based commands. Those net commands seems a bit harder I must say.

VB: I use Nationwide as my primary bank (or building society or whatever they want to call it now), so that could be why I haven't really had any grief from PayPal.

While you're learning the basics, I'd recommend trying out WordPress. It's a great blogging/CMS platform which makes it easy to set up a website nice and quick!

Does it apply custom adresses such as www.text.org,com,net etc?
