PayPal doesn't cost a penny to receive donations, I believe. They take a cut of the money you receive, but I'm pretty sure there aren't any hidden costs. I've been using 'em for years and haven't noticed one anyway.

No worries on the filesharing front; provided you're not distributing ripped ISO files of DmC (or other less-than-legal bits and pieces), then I don;'t mind.
Also, as MediaFire allegedly flushes files older than -- to my understanding -- 6 months old, please feel free to upload your PS3 themes as post attachments.
