I'm not really good at explaining how alcohol tastes...depending on your personal taste it could either be soft or hard...or dull or sharp. Rum depending on the brand usually has a sharp taste to it.

They have some rum in them, melted chocolate...pecans depending on the recipe and some other stuff in them. Roll them into balls and either have them plain or cover them in pecans or cookie crumbs. ^_^
