Are the 3DS versions of Devil Survivor games worth getting if I have the DS originals?

Any SMT fans here?

I already own Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 1 and 2 on DS. I have yet to play either. However, I'm wondering, since I have not played either yet, would it be better/worth it if I just got the 3DS versions (Overlocked and Record Breaker, respectively) and played those instead? I read the changes, some additional content, full voice acting, etc. But do the originals still hold up and are the extra features in the 3DS versions not worth the hunt or price to get them? What are your guys' thoughts?

At full price? No.

But if you can find them dirt cheap, it's definitely better to go for the 3DS versions for the full experience.

Yeah, I did some more digging around and came to that same conclusion. I'm not sure when I'll ever get around to playing the games (either version), given how slow I work on my portable backlog. But they're definitely really intriguing - tactics SMT with what I've heard some say is among the best stories in the SMT series.
