You should not have infinite weapons, but the weapons should vary in damage output. It would make the game more challenging or less challenging depending on which way you look at it.

Trish looks a lot better animated than in the game. In the game her nose and eyes go very oddly together, but in those manga pictures, she looks normal.

Yes, but it still was funny or at least, I thought it was. Really bad voice acting. Now an example of real 'cheese' is when Dante says " And now my soul is telling me...that it wants to stop you!!!!" I don't know about that whole "LIGHTTTT" scene being heartfelt as much as just badly...

Ok, part two: who would you rather be, Dante or Vergil? I would be Vergil, because though Dante is cool, Vergil seems (not to insult all fangirls of Dante) to have more intelligence and problem solving ability. If I was a very tired Vergil hanging off a cliff with a pit of alligators below...

Update: Note of Naught is a Japanese art book and region 5 UMD. It is very cool even though I can only read the snippets of the English parts. I can scan some pages if anyone has any requests.

There's something called Devil May Cry 3: Note of Naught, (supposedly some kind of a movie for PSP?) I've been trying to find it,but no luck so far... I wonder if these two are related.

Yeah, that whole go to the statue to change the style was really bad... I almost lost a few fights because of that. I was stuck on level 1 Royalguard for about two levels just because I kept forgetting to change it and by the time I remembered, I was way past a statue... oh well my bad :lol:

Would be awesome if it was like that though. The DMC3 system was the best I thought (beat a boss, get a weapon) but then I haven't played DMC2 so...

Ha! I find it mildly funny partly because how serious the guy was trying to be, partly because a few (I mean few)of the things he said were true and partly because everyone gets so worked up about it. Ahh.... there should be a great forum in the sky for all the angry people like him so...

Twas no pairing in DMC 3 and it still has a storyline. Common misconception: all storylines must have romance. False, false, false, it takes a LOT more time and skill to write non romance storylines, however, which might be the reason right there.

I still really don't get the whole " now you play as the Dante ripoff" thing. I was so p***ed when I heard that. Definite wtf moment. I'm waiting until it comes out and I can find out a decent amount of information on what happens. That way I can see if they made Dante an amnesiac pansy before...

Nice story! It's a great idea, the only flaw I found was the repetition of words (... toward the door, extending his right hand toward the door knob... )but that's all. I have to watch for that in my stories too, that's probably why it caught my eye. As for the whole 'drinking age' debate...
