Scrolling at work once again chattin with the fiance and good friendsI use this site to create GIFS. Jus browse through them and try creating some. It would be fun.http://imgflip.com/gifgenerator. I don't know how to get the blinking effect. May be some other site can do that. Mostly i jus use them to give a reply with an actual person behind it. May be i will search for more sites which gives added effects to GIFs....lol
