    I'm tlking bout lestat butin relation to his motives, aif i remember correctly he turned louis into a vampire because he wanted a friend and someone they could be great togeter with, that desire to achieve greatness is mirrored in vergils quest for power albeit vergil works alone and has no friens.

    I started interviewwith the vapire but never got round to finish it but it was a great book, I like him, he reminds me of vergil in a way but with dantes recklessness

    It alo called the maleous maleficum, i cant remember the writer, it was originally a guideline for the prosecution of women sspected of witchcraft but was turned into a novel of sorts.

    I see but if he isn realated to the sparda bloodline where is he from? my guess is his coming about to be was some ritualistic mumbo jumbo done by the order for him to ascend as the next sparda but he was discarded as a defective when they discovered the existance of the twins, that would explain him being abandonned and maybe him being taken in by credos parents might have been a ruse when the order realised they had use for him.
