Loch cause Loch is truly powerful Kayne was weak compared to him Kayne had to use Loch's spell book too so Loch is more evil and more powerful.

Loch is obviously the main bad guy, and really doesn't care about who he steps on to get what he wants. He also falls into the ridiculous category of "villains with no realistic sense of their strengths and weaknesses".
I absolutely hate Kayne (for reasons you already know) but he's not AS evil. He holds back most of the time, or so it seems.
