:lol: I think you will be happy to know that the game has much more better melee attacks, and they are more useful compared to the first game. Personally, I think the game is much better than the first one.

Forgot to mention, although you can carry over the Plasma Cutter and RIG unit from the first Dead Space to Dead Space 2, both items will be in their base stats, so don't rely on them too much. But the RIG unit proves useful for the first two chapters as you don't have much protection.
