The ONLY reason that fight happens is to have closure and a reason for Dante to escape dramatically, IMO.
He DT's in his Trueform phase, but then again, it doesn't matter then. He's ridiculously weak for a final boss.
AND Devil Triggering, too. Nightmare is DT'd when he's flailing around like that.
Yeah, when he gets low on life he'll start bombarding you with meteors. On the bright side, it's nothing like Nightmare's desperation mode.
