All you'd need to do is find an image on the internet that you like, then crop it and add some text if you feel the need.
The most basic program you could use is MS Paint, then.
You could ask around, though. If I recall correctly, most people use photoshop.

Yeah, four people on that stage would be absolute mayhem. XD
Actually, the stage is the smallest in the game. Meaning a fight on it would be absolutely hectic.

True, but I like Metal Mario's Stage more. It's unique. Too bad it isn't available except for hacking, though. -
