Dante in mission 10 is the hardest boss in the game, by far.
Agnus is definitely harder than Credo, because Credo can't steal your health!

I don't do the whole "OMG BIG DAMAGE" thing. I like longer fights.
I hate Lucifer, but that's just me. Gilgamesh also leaves Dante wide open during the combos, and it's too slow. Rebellion is my fave, no exceptions. ^_^
Dagon is also p!ss easy. But so is Bael.

Did you know that when he goes inside the Savior and tries to punch you, you can Buster the arm to stun Sanctus and make him come back out, defenseless?
One last thing. Playing as Dante was fun, but he wasn't able to string combos easily. Nero could because of the Devil Bringer. Combo a guy, Snatch him back as he flies away, and keep attacking.

I found Dante a nice challenge. Smart, but not cheap. I'd like fighting a Blitz with that kind of learning AI.

No, I don't. Enemy spam is artificial difficulty, and one that most developers are supposed to avoid.
Instead of spamming enemies, they could've just made them smarter.
