  Hmm... what kind of MP3 player is it? If theres no emergency switch off thing.. the only thing i could think of is to leave it until its battery runs out... i dont really know what to do i use a Ipod Touch which always behaves lmao , but if theres no emergency switch off or w/e try letting the battery down

  omgzz... if its one of them standard MP3's with the battery(ies) in it and take them out and/or replace them , or if its like an Ipod u needa charge it in ur computer jst do that XD and try it while its charging
