that maybe she is waiting for you to tell how you feel about her, before she tells how she feels about you...and also I can't tell you what to do...

well I think she'd be able to tell its about her, from the way its written and doubt she'll be able to tell how you feel about her from it. You have to decide if you are willingly to take the risk and tell her how you feel. Maybe she is waiting for you tell her how you feel, so that she can tell you that she feels the same way. That is something I should have done with my Ex. I made the mistake of telling him that I loved him after only dating him for a month. And I told him that I loved him first. I guess he panicked and then he decided to go and cheat on me...but anywho what I am saying here is that when I guy says how he feels first, then it's sometimes eaiser for relationships to begin or continue because she doesn't feel like she jumped the gun...

well yeah that's why i suggested it. I thought maybe if you asked something, like "How would you react if I told you I wrote a poem about you?" she might stop being so cryptic and give you a straight answer to your question, something like "Oh, would say, that's very sweet, did you?" idk

well perhaps if feel that strongly that showing her the poem, will screw up your chances with her then don't show it to her...

telling a girl she is pretty is never nerdy. we like compliements. If she doesn't like you that way, there is a chance that the poem could make her uncomfortable, and then she may push you away or she could see from the poem that you feel the same way about her as she does for you, and it could work out...is that a risk you are willing to take?

well from everything you told me about the way she acts around you I am pretty sure she does like you the way you like her or she's not sure how she feels about you and thinks of you in between a close friend and potential boyfriend....

if she doesn't like you the way you like her?

you need not be so paranoid...if truly likes you...as i think she does....she will think it's sweet that you thought of her...

as for the poem, you might casually mention something about poetry...and then weave the poem you wrote into the conversation.

I think I know what you mean...just seeing my ex, who was my first real love, would do that to me too
