You can reliably knock enemies out of DT.
Which I'm pretty sure you couldn't do in the old games; if a enemy DTed in the old games you just had to deal with it.

Just parrying their attack is enough to knock most of them of out of DT.(Excluding the Tyrant, Butcher, and Witch.)

Do you know about any other ways to knock them out of DT?

any heavy attacks(stomp, trinity smash,charge hits,uppercut lvl2, snake eye) can cancel temporally DT and like you said before, parry attacks are too.

I don't think it's actually possible; I've seen a lot of GMD videos and while you can demon pull enemies to you, it doesn't bring them out of DT.

Sorry, in GMD it doesn't but it Demon Grab does pull them out of DT.

The only way I've discovered to brefily disable DT is by a well timed Parry. Which is harder to achieve in Hardcore mode.

... There is one other way I've discovered... A perfect Charge Shot from Ebony and Ivory will disable multiple DTs. Try it, if your having trouble Parrying, this could be the only way to complete GMD mode on Hardcore.

Doing the full Prop&Shredder move from Osiris seem to do it too, and so does any fully charged attack from the Eryx.
