So this is one of the prototype fighter games that NT had in mind to make, but it wasn't published. Basically it's DmC multiplayer.
Huh, reminds me of Ninja Gaiden 3's take on hack 'n' slash multiplayer. Also, a lot of the moves look like DmC Dante's moves.
They said they "put it on ice". Which means it could still happen. Can you imagine DmC multiplayer? Fighting with your friend against two other players, as Dante or as Vergil or hell, as Lilith. Each character would have their own personal style. Plus, Tim Phillipps himself said that he'd enjoy the heck out of it. He'd play it himself and put on his Dante voice. 
Razer looked sick too. Ninja Theory said that besides Hellblade, they're working on several other projects. My faith in them has increased now that I've seen this trailer.

It reminds me of the Naruto fighters by CyberConnect, only...with much more variety.

Yeah. Hellblade and Razer. Look 'em up....they seem pretty cool.

Everything I'm seeing for Razer says it was canceled, is there something new on it?
Or rather, not canceled, but it was a prototype that never got picked up.
They're definitely working on Hellblade, and several other unannounced projects.
Razer didn't get picked up because of Destiny (which is totally understandable).
I just think it's strange because I read somewhere a while ago that they were working on something that was already far into development, and then they say that they've announced Hellblade quite early. Maybe it's something else that's far into development.

And you can partake in missions with other Hunters and there could be a "debt system" and other Hunters could lend you shop money!

Well, here's stuff for Razer, and once again, I'm disappointed 
Not a fan of the feet and hands on the suits, but, eeeeeeeeh. The fact that Ninja Theory (along with some other devs) keeps trying to come up with new stuff in this riskless sequel bullsh!t rut the industry is in, it's commendable.
