Codes are on Capcom's end, yeah, and there has been a tone of utter fail regarding Downfalls' release, since UK and some EU regions got it almost three weeks before it was supposed to be released, and then finding out that codes ARE being emailed out to UK and EU players to activate their free Dl, which means someone on Capcom's end Eff'ed up, since everyone else is having to wait almost a month longer, after being told officially otherwise.

The whole "omg i got video of game waaaay before release" is something alot people notice. If i had concept art of DmC 2 that was leaked to me by a insider, this forum plus everyone wud talk about it creating spotlivht on leaked material. Take legacy of kain story board leak for example.
plus u have to take into account if leaked material is good or bad. Since Vergil downfall was neither good or bad, it failed to grab peoles attention.
so with thos: i believe Capcom intentionally made Downfall be in hands of people before release with goal to get attention. They certainly is not enforcing anything , which is weird - wats point of release.datr then?

It's not even "pre-orders get early access", which would be acceptable and understand able; we were excited enough to go into the game before release and expect a reward for our extra effort to support the franchise(not meaning to insult anyone with that.) THis has been "pre-orders in UK and some EU regions get month early access that's not even admitted to, and our own PR people have no idea we did this", which is...UWE BOLL Levels of stupid on Capcom's part.

No, official release date for PC and PS3 is tomorrow, this was after it was originally Feb 28th. Hoever, about three weeks early, pre-orders in teh UK and part of the EU were able to enter their codes and get eth download, meaning it was already finished and posted on the network for PS3. Since anyone who ordered from GameStop got an 11 digit code for pre-order confirmation, NO ONE in North America with a NA PSN account can get it, and a number of other regions are screwed over until tomorrow as well.
