Bloody Palace, Too easy?

So I had to delete my save and start again, I rushed through the game on Human mode and I've just spent the past 5 minutes playing some Bloody Palace. In 5 minutes I reached wave 20, I remember Bloody Palace in the previous series being hard so I'm wandering if it's because the last difficulty I played was Human or is the difficulty the same no matter what?

Yes. It's way too easy. The only difficulty,is once again the color coded enemies. For me,atleast.

Starts off on Devil Hunter, actually.
After first boss, then it goes to Nephilim
after that boss is SoS
Then finally DMD.
IF I remember right, Mundus has a one hit kill on you..I might be wrong.
It only gets challenging Level 80 and above..mostly because of the stupid Rages.

You need to make sure you don't become complacent after fighting for a half hour straight, since the only way to recover health near the end is to use Devil Trigger or defeat a boss. I kept telling myself it was easy and that's why I failed just before Mundus- I didn't anticipate the difficulty would ratchet up like it did.

But it's not supposed to be just about endurance,there should also be legitimate difficulty involved. Color Coded Enemies are not genuine difficulty,they're just annoying because they limit your options and force you into a linear playstyle.
It's hard in the way of breaking out of handcuffs. It's not fun,It's just annoying because it limits you and you just want to break free. :'(

Yeah I went through it....It really wasn't that hard despite DMD mode at level 80. And it was a big giveaway that the Pathos give you Green Orbs every kill.

I actually strive for those to show up, I save my DT for Rages honestly..I hate them.

I would still call that cheap only a certain weapons can kill them which is never fun and repetitive. If I want to perform a super sick stylish combo on them with a certain weapon I can't because they can only be damaged by a different weapon.

Haha, it's funny you say that. I figured I'd record the first 20 waves to show my friend and the first set of Chainsaw Enemies you encounter I went spazz hands and lost a bit of health...

They should of gotten rid of Color coded enemies and allowed the knights instead to have rage modes, like the Rage and Chainsaw guys..then allow them to go DT.
So it doesn't limit you very much, just harder to kill due to their rage mode..just unmovable instead of constricting weapons.

I totally agree with you,I hate color coded enemies. It's not good game design in my opinion.

Well, Idk if anyone knew this, but when you enter DT mode, Rebellion can actually destroy color coded enemies. :) But I get where you guys are coming from.

It's bad enough that enemies become irritatingly hard to hit,the meter barely fills up anyway. so :<

This was the easiest bloody palace in history I best it on my third try which saids alot I normally would have beaten a bloody palace on i don't know my 100th time this game is so easy the enemies start off at devil hunter difficulty with weak life which makes it feel like human mode the only time they change up the pace is level 60 but only get challanging at level 80 and Mundus is a cheap boss fight making him a two hit k.o then you fight vergil with whatever life you got left which I still did with almost no life and won I'm highly disappointed in this bloody palace no special prize for beating it not even a special bonus art they should really put in a patch into this to make it harder and maybe they should watch the older bloody palace and see how to make there's better

Boy that is one long run on sentence. Kidding, you do have a good point though. :l thing is I can't beat this BP unlike the others...but who gives a **** if it's easy. It's fun, I don't care.

My opinion of fun is dying a bunch of times trying to beat it cause the point of bloody palace is that it forces you to get better and nicer with the moves all the moves making you re think the way you play after all you learn from your mistakes

Peoples definition of fun is always different ^^ no problem there. I still haven't beat it, sadly. :l I beat DMC4's BP around 10 times, this one I can't beat..mostly because of the rages.
