Technically this isn't the first time we've only had one mano y mano fight.

DMC1 we only had Nelo Angelo.

DMC2 was Arius

DMC3 was Vergil (Nervan's a woman so that would be man and woman fight)

DMC4 had Dante, and Sanctus.

Still though. The Credo fight was done really well. Mainly because you could fight him in almost anyway.
Kinda felt like an actual person was controlling him the first time I played against Credo.

Not sure, remember we still might see a fight between Dante and the human Mundus before he transforms. The guy who plays him said Mundus will be more of a hand-to-hand combatant.

Also worthy to remember that Nevan fight played like a big monster fight = evade and hit the weak spot. Same can be said about Sanctus well actually Sanctus was more like BE AGGRESSIVE :lol:
Arius was more like a weeping coward with a lot of henchmen...

I think that duel would be more proper word to describe these fights ( NA/Vergil/Dante )

Edit: Thanks for reminding me about Credo ^_^ The weirdest thing about that fight was that it actually got easier the longer it lasted ...

The Credo fight was awesome. He's not hard when you figure out his little "tells" when he attacks but he is just so much fun fighting.
