What is the effects of Virility drink?

Poison is her name, killing is her game

Jokes aside, her function in DmC other than being a boss is to literally squeeze out nasty radioactive looking liquid out of her ass.
The demons use this liquid as an ingredient in the drink known as "Virility":

Here we see the fat man who in DmC demo had a can of Virility in his hand. He's fat and hideous looking compared to the propaganda poster where a slim guy is drinking Virility:

We know that Virility is a drink that poisons humans. This is why Dante goes on a mission with support of "The Order" to destroy Virility factories. But what does it do? What is the effects of drinking it?

I want to share with all of you what I think it does. I believe it kills human's braincells. The fat man comes off as dumb and unaware.
By killing off humans intelligence then they will be easy targets of propaganda. And behind the posters that demons put up such as a poster of a burger (seen in a DmC trailer) lies a propaganda message known as "Gluttony". Which is overeating, and it's one of vices of humans no? So that would explain why the fat man is overweight because his intelligence have become less because he drank Virility. And anyone drinking it will be prone of propaganda.

What do you think about my thought on Virility drink's effect? What is your own thought about it? Please share, and MAKE SURE you elaborate

Wait...i thought "illusion" caused by the drink.

But perhaps hallucination of a form? It's what i thought of.
That the drink makes you hallucinate and when you look at yourself you see a slim body.

From what I understand, it's basically a soda. Tasty, but too much of it can cause problems. The Demons are trying to advertise it as a "performance" enhancer (the supposed effects of the Secret Ingredient produced by Succubi) and an energy drink but in reality it doesn't really do anything. Basically, it's just poison.

i read about it on one of the hands-on. i've been trying to get a close up of it ever since i read about it.

I would bet it's either something to do with making the humans less able to 'see' the demons or the demon world, or else just makes them more 'sinful', i.e. lustful, violent, greedy, etc.

they said on the angry joe show interview, that it was designed to subdue humanity. so i think it contains some kinds of sedative of sorts. it slows down youre brain. not enough that it affects youre day to day life. but enough that you dont register all the manipulation and just accept what youre told. and i also imagine something that makes it slightly addictive.
