Rurouni kenshin as a guest character in any 2d fighting game ??

I mean if star wars can be in sould calibur why can't kenshin ?? he's a samurai his skills are outstanding he can be added in any blueblaz game or marvelVsCapcom

I think he's perfect to be added in any sword fighting game

all he gets is a slow 2.5d psp game which isn't even in english -_-
