Top 3 Favorite Video Game Series

Well I've been looking through my collection of PS2 and Xbox 360 Games and no matter how good they are on Next Gen consoles I tend to like it's predecessors more. I have Devil May Cry 4 but in my opinion 3 was put together better.

Before I get off topic. I was thinking a bit about these games and in order I designated my top 3 favorite video game series.

My list is:
1. Metal Gear Solid
2. Devil May Cry
3. Ape Escape
---------------
4 would be Assassin's Creed but I've only played the first one so I can't say it qualifies in this.

In no order at the moment its Elder Scrolls, Mass Effect and maybe Assassins Creed or GTA.

I'd have to go with Devil May Cry (of course!), Silent Hill and... either Pokemon or BloodRayne. Hard to decide between the two.
