About a couple years ago after work, I had a cop follow me home. About half way there, I noticed a vehicle slow down behind me. Normally on the road that I'm on the speed limit is about 30 max, but this guy went way slower. In fact, he was going much slower than I was walking! I finally turned my head and noticed he was watching me.
When I stopped walking, he pulled over to the opposite side of the road and unrolled his window. I stayed on my side of the street and asked him if there was something wrong or if he was looking for directions. He dodged the question and then proceeded to ask me my name. I had nothing to hide so I told him. Turned out he was looking for someone and I slightly matched the description he was given. I simply told him he had the wrong guy and wished him luck in finding whoever it was. He thanked me for my time and drove away. Never saw him since.
