Got to admit, if that sort of thing was real, I don't know what I'd do. Would that kind of truth be too hard to take? It would mean that a person and their whole life was just a big computerised lie.
I'm not sure if this is a joke or not, but this article is about virtual reality lives for chickens on battery farms.

Apparently they'd have a headset and moving would be simulated by walking on a moving ball. Then all their food needs would be met while being in this virtual pod. Imagine if that kind of technology was turned on people.

This has nothing do with socialism, this isn't even a political thing. It's strictly economical, and it's inevitable, and honestly it would be stupid for mankind to not go down this path.
Believe it or not, we can adapt to this.(After all, it's our trademark.)
And no, corporations are not going to make everyone poor, because corporations need people.
SO, stop with the conspiracy theories, and instead focus on brainstorming ideas for how we can adapt to the Robotic Revolution.
