This one is a pretty damn good one. I think you can make orders from the guy but it's Japanese so it's hard to know what it is that the page implies.

This page seems to take real gun and modify them to look the parts of game and anime guns:

If you look at the very bottom of the page you can see the original gun before the customization. Looking at the magazines and the other guns I think these are like 'skins' for guns because in a few of the guns they also tell you what caliber bullets to buy. I doubt you can buy them outside of Japan but these might just be working, none the less.
