I am up to the mission where Dante returns to the castle on Mallet Island. I don't know what to do after fighting Nightmare. Help Please!!!!! C'mon guys I really need help

After u beat Nightmare you exit through the door which leads to the broken bridge. Pass it and you'll end up in the place you got just before beating Phandom the first time. Speak to the back middle thing which looks like the Staff of Hermes and use it. Then enter the blue painting/dimension

how do i get the doors in mission 5 open?

You beat the monsters which appear in the place you fought the black knight. After that the door from which you originally came opens. Enter it and exit the door from which you originally get to that room too.
Then instead of using the stairway you jump as down as Dante can go. There you see a small door with a lion lock. Use the melancholy soul you got in the beginning of the mission to enter it.
