I have spent quite a while figuring out all the parts that would go into making a REAL set of E&I. unfortunately I dont know enough about guns to be able to tell what the hell this circled part is...

...I think it could be a custom extension to the frame, but once again i dont know.

Your other E&I thread was still open, you could have continued this there.

But anyway, considering they ARE modified .45 M1911 pistols, it makes sense that the frames will be very similar, so the bit you marked out is most likely a frame extension.

In hind sight making a new thread was stupid but i can't change what i did. =P anyways....

does any one know if a frame extension like this exists?
and if so where can i get it?
or
where could i find frames that are already extended ?
whether or not they are as big as E&I doesnt really matter.

Also does anyone know of any clips or pictures of E or I being fired?
I'd like to know if the barrel reaches the compensator and wether or not the compensator slides.

And for those who don't know the gray tube is the barrel

(although it's probably very dificult). if they couldn't how do you think all guns in the world up to this point were made?

i know you don't know about guns thats why i post pictures labeling the things i'm asking about..............................so.......................................does anyone know of a picture or clip of ebony firing? or do you not know what I mean by "firing"?

I'm only 16 so I don't own my own gun(I would like to)

However, I have seen a relly good E&I replica in CO2 form.

They cost about $2000.

If you can get a replica on E&I, you rock Daedra! Now, I wonder could anyone make a real life replica of The Boss' Patriot assault rifle handgun from MGS3 and MGS4. I seriously doubt the latter though. Anyone whos played those MGS games completely will know why.

well double barrel ammo drums exist. and i know you can buy ones that are compatible with m4 carbines (which are actually really small compared to an m16 or other modern assault rifles.
As mater of fact officers in the marines are usually supposed to cary an M1911 on their person at all times. however they changed the rule so they r supposed to carry a M4 carbine on their person now.

and although Wikipedia [and probably trish67] says that the gun does not exist I have found this picture on the internet

And it doesnt look like a shop to me so i really don't see why you cant own a patriot, or at least an m4 that looks like one.

E & I are heavily modified Colt .45's. They have an extended barrels and compensators. As well as an extended rail, wooden contoured grips (complete with the ladies in the grip) and the guns themselves are oversized. you probably couldn't make a replica from a standard colt .45 model.

You know, the guns aren't identical, as Ivory has different sights than Ebony and a different hammer.

If you wanted to make one, I've seen some over-sized Glocks, so oversized colt .45's shouldn't be impossible to find or start with. works on finding compensators or outer barrel extensions at least. Different hammers and sights are easy to fix. Then of course you have to paint or engrave the logos...

Most guns 'exist' but they may not work as real bullet-firing guns or at all... most replicas these days are BBs. Theres a heavy market for them in Asia.

Speaking of which I heard that luce and ombra were Spardas (don't quote me on that) well I was watching the DMC ANIME the other day and I noticed in the opening credits that trish has them. how did trish get those? or is that not cannon?
