Just Cause is an open world action game developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Eidos Interactive & Square Enix.

Okay, maybe there's still hope, Just Cause 3 isn't officially announced by Avalanche Studios , So I believe that's why he wasn't giving a direct answer , if he would have, then it would have already spilled the beans
