What colors and abilities would you orbs have?

Black Orbs. A somewhat rare orb, but can be produced by ANY enemy. A very special orb in that it changes the laws of physics around you temporarily, and there are many different forms of change. Reversed gravity, low gravity, Vampire damage (dealing out damage heals the attacker equal to how much damage was given for both enemies and the player), time reverse (which will reverse the current scene five seconds backwards), invisibility, and more, including ones that would be bad for the player, including double enemies (not bosses), temporarily invincible enemies, frozen player, etc. Black Orbs are collectible and used at any time, but they are a gamble.

Orange orbs that can be absorbed by your Devil Arms to make them even stronger.

bLack orbs that can stop time for 3-5 min. and kiLL as many as you Like

 

[Vergil'sBitch]

Somewhat girly, but i'd have rainbow orbs. Rare. Restores health, DT, and also adds a section to the health gauge and DT gauge.
(See, it would have to be rare.) It would have to be a reward for beating a main boss, on every so many levels.
(eg. like Vergil, where in DMC3 you battled him three times.)
It would also include a value of 100 red orbs
