Beat DMD mode. Heaven or Hell mode is Craparony O-Mahoney easy man!

for HOH mode, equip nevan and any other weapon that has the double jump (forget it's formal name sorry). have superdante on. for levels such as the leviathan, equip nevan then fly over the acid. always use pistols on enemies as it is a one shot kill (if you want good ranks then don't ask me). when hell wraths appear go to the farthest end off the room and do a double jump and fire- the explosion can't get you (it never has for me anyway).
like korn said, it's ridiculously easy.
