hi i have DMC3SE on PC

when i start the game it behaves like the down key stuck. i can not select the menu items as the cursor wont stop. why this happening and what i should do

i tried tht. even tried to upgrade to V1.1 also but same problem. ???
is it due to game pad ! i have 8 button game pad.
