Favourite PS2 games?

Figured a majority of you would own a PS2, and I'm pretty sure you've played games other than DMC.

Myself, I'm quite fond of the Jak series, finished the first 2 and currently playing the third. I love the platforming and shooting elements added in the second game, and the characters are all great.

So, what were your favourite titles?

Final Fantasy series.

I can't think of much else that I thought was sucessfull atm. Mostly because the PS2 has such a wide game library I get the feeling that at least 75% of that must be crap. So I never really bought many PS2 games in fear of getting one of the short sticks. .-.

Final Fantasy 10 made me the FF freak i am today haha, i luv ff 10 to bits and peices ^_^

Final Fantasy 12 imo was actually rlly good ik ppl r all ****ting on it bc it broke away from the turn based stuffs but i liked it so, yea!

Kingdom Hearts 2 - i used to b a HUGE KH fangirl after playing this...im not anymore but i still love the series

Fullmetal Alchemist and the Crimson Elixir was pretty good fanserivce for FMA fans

im prolly forgeting others.....but thts all i could think of right now

technically quake 3 but you can't play a quake game with a controller properly

I never owned a PS2, but my brother had an xbox, in which case my favourite game would of been halo.

I also played guitar hero 2 at a friends house, can 5* jordan

I love PS2 games, in fact i'm playing on my PS2 now .

My favourites (beside DMC):

Jak and Daxter Trilogy- Jak and Daxter was actually my first ever PS2 game
Metal Gear Solid 2 & 3- Metal Gear Solid 3 is actually in my top 10 games ever
Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2
Soul Calibur 2
Resident Evil: Code Veronica X- Second best RE IMO
Okami
Canis Canem Edit (Bully for those in the US)

As well I selled my special edition PS 2 not so ago, but all games I still play for now on PC. On ps 2 i liked all Shin Megami Tensei PS 2 games, Final Fantasy X, X-2,XII and all three first DMC games ( I have only NTSC versions).
