That is just the thing, it i's NOT room DESPAIR. It also isnt on the soundtrack. But the question remains, why they let out such a great song of the OST...

It can also be found in the fight between Dante and the Bike-devil-thingy (epi 2), the fight with Belveul (epi 3), Fight with the devils summoned by the bell (epi 5), fight between Lady, Sparky Lady (forgot her name) and Abigail (epi 12)

I listened to it many times and I think that's a variation (or the same) of "Netherworld (Track 18)".
