Do we have to unlock Vergil for DMC 4 SE?

It doesn't look that way , I think he will be available from tje beginning but can't confirm it

Yeah, I'm not sure where I read it, but I remembered reading that all the new content introduced in DMC4SE, from the costumes to the characters, will be unlocked from the start. The only things that need unlocking are the things you had to unlock in the base game.

Im still having problems getting the pre order theme on ps4. Tried downloading it manually in my store library but it only give me a chance to put auto download on or off . Also when i go onto themes on my ps4 setting it just says its locked and asks me to purchase it from the store ? Any ideas ?
