DMC music and speed question

In some dmc interviews it is said that once the stylish bar goes from A to S to SS to SSS te music gets more intense (more bets, voice and so on.) and the speed of the game play is increased !
I have finished the game 2 times on 360 then I finished the game on every difficulty level and unlocked all of the artwork and unlocked every achievements on pc and still didn't notice the changes in music and speed .
Have you guys noticed the difference ?

It feels like they scrapped the idea. During the Mundus' Spawn fight they used this idea to an extent. They started with the instrumental version and added more elements after each phase of the fight.

The did drop the music idea to a point. However that gameplay being faster on SSS rank part is there.
