What do you guys reccomend for controller setups?

There's not really an answer to that, as everyone has his own preferences and what is comfortable for someone may not be for someone else.

Instead of asking, just try different combinations yourself and see which one fits you best.

For Nero swap your gun button with your DT button, it lets you take full advantage of his charge shots and his DT explosion I-frames.
