mine is Dante and Vergils JACKPOT but i like the Dante Vs. Nero fight scenes to

that's my fave 2...plus the 1 from dmc4 when nero crushes the savior's face in...and in dmc2(gasp): "King huh, here's ur crown"

The scene that spoke to me the most, In Devil May Cry 4, was in the beginning when Nero was fighting his way through vast hordes of Scarecrows to get to see Kyrie's concert. Her smile when she saw that he made it at the last minute was refreshing, and obviously foreshadowed their relationship growing into something more.

in DMC 3:I like jackpot... and all Fights betwin Dante & Vergil and the first time that Dante met Jester!! lol
DMC 4: First fight of Nero & Dante... when Dante sits on Berial's tail and then with lucifer disturb the gate!

For me its only cause of one line and its DMC 3 the first Dante/Vergil fight Vergil says something like "Why do you refuse to gain power, the power of our father Sparda" to which Dante replies "Father? i dont have a father, i just dont like you, thats all" EPIC comedy genius!

I like the scene in DMC3 when Dante gives us a beautiful demonstration with Nevan, when Dante meets Vergil and say "how about a little kiss...." and in DMC4 I like his entrance, The scene when he ask Nero Yamato back and the scene in his office with Lady and Trish.
