It's not DMC5, but it's pretty close, in my humble opinion. I actually consider it to be canon lol.

I was thinking about getting it, but I'm not good with RPGs. Don't have the patience for them.

i played that SMT Nocturne/ ( in EU the game is called Lucifers Call), and this one is really hard as whole game is concepted on exploiting enemy weaknesses, if you don't do that then enemy can abuse yours weak points and thats not fun one. Well on endgame i ended having Dante in party as i done TDE.

You`re not going to hear anything before E3 at the earliest, but probably TGS. It's not going to release before 2017 at the earliest, so they won't be announcing it too early. It`s likely the game isn't even ready to be shown.

I'm hoping something cool get announced soon.

@Sesha You talk as if a DMC5 in development is a fact. I'd like to see some proof otherwise it's just hopeful thinking.

It's just common sense. DMC is one of their biggest franchises. The integrated report from last year confirmed there will be a DMC title released by the 2017 fiscal year. They need something other than RE, SF, MH to boost their financials. They announced an RE 2 Remake solely based on RE HD selling 1m.

Consequently, DMC4 has sold 3m, DmC 1.7m, DMC HD 1m, and DMC4SE "sold well". They'll be making DR4 and RE2make, both titles that are guaranteed to be selling less than a DMC5.

Furthermore, there was the trademark from 2014, Itsuno talking about "the next DMC" in interviews, the hint at a new DMC at the end of DMC4SE.

There's also the tons of new merchandise and marketing for the entire series such as the 3142 art book, Man at Arms Rebellion video, new soundtrack, new figurines, the DMC food items they announced at one of the Capcom stores, the cross-overs with MH and SB, etc. There's more supporting DMC5 being in production than not. Oh, and Itsuno asked on the E3 DMC4SE streams what weapons fans want to see in future DMCs.

If DMC5 is in development, then that's the most likely scenario.

So yeah I've seen you making these points before but I don't really think it's enough to take a DMC5 in development right now for granted as a fact.
