Ok this just seems weird.
1. Why did Frieza's army wait so long to do something?
2. What possible threat could Frieza possibly be now against the Z Fighters who are litterly millions of times stronger than when he first encountered them?
3. What is Beerus and Whis role going to be? didn't Beerus seek to destory Frienza in BOG? So is he going to be on Goku's side in this???
Just some questions that come to mind with this movie lol.
Seems weird to bring Frieza back as the main bad this late in DBZ.

base form goku or vegeta should easily outclass frieza by now goten and trunks could take him unless in otherworld he got a powerboost and unlocked new transformations?

1. I imagine it's not for people like that to get their hands on the Dragonballs.
2. He's gotta come back now stronger than ever to even stand a chance and be a threat. I mean, look what happened when he showed up the first time. Trunks shredded him like he was nothing. He's going to be a threat.
3. He only said he'd probably destroy him just because he thought Frieza was a self entitled prick. I'm curious of the history between Beerus and Frieza. They weren't really enemies, but nor were they friends. Something makes me think Frieza desired to become a God among the likes of Beerus.
And I'm totally cool with Frieza's return. He's my favorite villain and one of my favorite characters in Dragonball Z.

base goku was stronger than cell too the same cell who was a match for a.ssj2 after regenerating from blowing himself up and had also gotten stronger so base form kid goku not even adult form is stronger than a majin buu era ssj2 by gt

GT never happened at all. Akira Toriyama himself is disregarding it.
However, when I think about it, I didn't enjoy GT, but maybe it still exist in some shape or form under our noses. Beerus said there's multiple universes, maybe GT did just happen in another reality.

in gt goku was stronger than cell upgraded from the cell games in his base form he massively.outclassed him so somehow i believe he was as strong in base as ssj2 teen gohan if not stronger in gt

oh i realise that but goku was defineately stronger by bog era which is after majin buu era in his base form than he was as a ssj on namek and trunks as assj against mecha frieza , so unless frieza is massively stronger then base goku would destroy him especially aince he absorbed the ssj god power into his base form and ssj form during the fight with bills

Toriyama called GT a "side story." A Gaiden as must video games know the term as. (If I find the quote I'll post it.) That still doesn't stop me from loving GT! Beers-Sama said that Son Goku in his base from couldn't best Freeza. However as a Super Saiyan, Beers (Beerus in the dub) could believe Son-Kun defeat Freeza. Its a transformation, it changes Saiyans giving them more power, without Saiyans can't beat Freeza level foes. Super Saiyan Gotenks had to battle Abocado if you all recall.
The DBZ fandom is under the impression that Freeza will use a new transformation. Because of the line "Let me show you my further transformation..."
