Youtube Won't Let Me Change My Avatar

Yeah, basically what the title says. It uploads fine and it's under the 256K limit, but when I click on "Save Changes" it doesn't change, it stays as the old avatar. Why is that? Is there a way to fix it?

If you're wondering what I'm trying to use as an avatar, it's my one of Aden, the one I use here. It's 100 x 98 pixels, if that's of any consequence.
