Why aren't links/images valid for posting?

I'm trying to post an image in the sprites thread. (It's urgent), yet I'm not even permitted to post links or images? Why the hell not? Is there anyway I can post this image at all without being forbidden. Please tell me since I REALLY need to post this sprite sheet and it's really p-issing me off that it won't allow me to post it. :verymad:

Are your images hosted on imageshack? For some reason there is a slight conflice with images hosted on that site; please try uploading to:
