I'm not sure how this has been achieved if I'm honest. Likely hacked, but it was set way before the rebalancing patch which changed certain enemy damage outputs on certain difficulty and adjusted the power/point boost of Demon Evade. Perhaps that person has Demon Dodged literally every enemy possible in every single encounter.

Boring, but You never know.
