Who wants a Turbo Mode for DmC?

What's up every one? I'm new here, anyway, let's get down to business.

Right now, I'm seeing A LOT of b!tching from the "fanbase" about latest gameplay, about how is it "slow". I'll admit the game is not as fast as the previous ones but at least it's catching up. (played the one at E3 and it was awesome) I don't even see how are the Rebellion combos are slow this time, I think the crybaby fanboys are just too stupid. I swear this fanbase is almost like the DBZ fanbase by not knowing what they want.

Just go read the comments and look at the dislike bar, makes me sick to even read them in the first place. RIDICULOUS!

Now all NT can really do is just add a Turbo Mode just like Capcom did with DMC3. I'm sure you all know what that does. So yeah, how about one just to shut these crybaby fanboys up?

So, you saw the "b!tching" from the "fanbase" and came here to "b!tch" about those "stupid crybaby fanboys". Nice. You seem to be a lot more mature guy.

About your question, yes, it'd be good to include turbo mode.

It is for 33% of topics regarding DmC ;)

TBH the speed thing isn't the problem, you're either going to enjoy the game mechanics or not. The speed doesn't really effect that (within reason) so when you hear people saying it's "slower than other DMCs" that's just another nitpick of theirs and doesn't matter in the grand scheme and I'm a "crybaby fanboy hater" myself.

Speed of games =/= how much fun they are.
NOTE: this is still different than comparing frame rate.

Speed isn't important. Just as my BB buddy Spawnshooter said; Speed isn't what makes a game.

If it's good and you're in to it, then by all means play to your hearts content when it comes out.

Besides, the game's gonna come out regardless and there's nothing any fan can do about it.

Also, welcome to the DMC forums. Try not to start arguments with some of the people here who don't like DmC 100% and all will be well.^_^

I remember someone here saying that most of the fan-base seems to have come to terms with the game but now after reading all those posts on that video I would like to rebuke that statement.

I'll try my best man, I know everyone's entitled to their own opinion but SERIOUSLY, the hate for this game is just freaking getting outta control, makes me feel ashamed for being a fan of the series.

Anyways, if yall want the Turbo Mode to be in I'll message NT about it.

DmC has a built-in turbo mode. It was already said that the speed increases 15% when you reach 'S' rank and higher.

No, it doesn't have built-in turbo mode! I remember clearly in one of the live stream video, Greg told that when you activate your Devil Trigger it only increases your damage but speed remains the same! Speed was just a lie:troll:

That's devil trigger. The game's speed is supposed to increase once you reach a 's' rank. Devil trigger was never supposed to increase speed in this game.

I think that is the problem because devil trigger is supposed to give Dante extra boost on speed and damage the moment he activates it! But since he is just realising his powers, I can understand the situation. I hope he will retain some angelic/demonic form at the end of the game, that would be the best surprise for me:)

There is nothing wrong with the speed, nothing that impairs gameplay. Once a demo is released things'll provably change.

That's what I keep on saying though this game really should have a Turbo Mode just for the hell of it and to be on the safe side.
