there was an concept art that had him looking similar to TGS10 Dante

we dont know how he created the order in the game but im guessing Vergil found people wanting to fight so they started to follow him. This version might operate more like a street gang tho.

he could learn how to do that himself or find someone to teach him.

same way he found him in the game or maybe he and dante were never seperated after the death of their mother.

If that were the case then Dante would have to have been rich. The idea was for them to be contrasting.
