rocketvergil

Vergil's apprentice, the successor to yamato
We all know that DmC is turning out to be great!!!!
However there are some of the things from the previous games I miss:
-Organic enemies: most enemies shown so far are basically mechanical, I would really love more enemies like rage
-Gothic setting: Even though the city is amazing I still feel the need for the occasional dark and gloomy castle
-Vergil: I know many will disagree but for me this vergil nothing like the previous (Im a great fan). He lacks the silent attitude and shows way to much facial expressions. The ideal vergil should have been like kristen stewart

so, What are the things u miss ( based on trailers so far)

Judging the name of the thread I thought it was one of those "Here we go again" threads. But this is a good topic!.
Yeah, NT said that Limbo city is a mix of gothic and modern. Since we have angels and demons we should have that element.
Poison can't be more organic dude...it's to a point of grotesque though. Bet Virility has about 5% organic juice in it's ingredients.lol
Ahh...yes vergil. He lost his "Fmmphhhh!" of pure frustration didn't he?

Hmmm, ask me this question again when I've played DmC and gotten around to playing the original games too. XP But personally from what I've seen on the series games, I like both version and can't really think of what I could miss. Finding it hard to judge ^^

I meant the lesser enemies
Rage seems to be the only enemy that actually has flesh

I'll miss the;

Over the top action- It's what made DMC so fun to me.

Impaillment-I don't know if this Dante will get impailled but I hope so. It's DMC tradition!

I don't need to play DmC to know that i will miss taunting.

what i will not miss, is the style system from 3-4. There's something about being able to be mobile and have the ability to parry and have access to all your sword moves and being able to do rain storm, with out moving your thumb once. Before, when i played dmc4, i would occasionally press the wrong style and i would be a sitting duck! DmC's system seems to have fixed all that.

I will also miss taunting. It was a fun way to take a break from combat and still build your style.
Something else I will miss is a demonic devil trigger, which by the looks of things we might see one by the end of the game.

miss some of the lighter tones DMC used to go with. even in the darkest moments they knew how to break the tension.
