How does 9 celcius feel colder than when it was minus 3 ?, makes no sense to me
Well it said feels like 6, but that still shouldn't feel colder than minus 3 does lol. Probably just the windchill and humidity. Typical irish weather, central heating and stove are getting use at leastIs this one of those times where the weather will say it's 9 but it "feels like" a number lower?
