What Are You Thinking?

You know, I was interested in giving the later Sims game another chance after enjoying my time with the Legacy Collection, but after looking it up on Steam, it would require something like $900 to play the entirety of the Sims 4 because of all of the Expansion Packs - some of which are close to fully priced games individually and quite a lot were stuff that was in prior games but cut out to sell separately. I never want to hear about Nintendo being greedy again now that I have discovered such levels of greed never thought possible. :sick:
 
I hate the old Ninja Gaiden games's combat but I like their level designs and navigating them.

I love Ninja Gaiden 4's combat but I hate its weapons and its level design.

I just can't win with this damn series.
 
i found a good roleswap au called "Persona Inverse". It swaps Adachi and narukami and its pretty fun so far. One thing i realised is that i actually dont like Narukami that much. Most P4 fanfics i like tend to swap him out or give him a new personality.

im neutral to the persona protagonists as they work more as self inserts than individuals but Yu feels the most disconnected from 4's plot and themes. Unlike Ren or Makoto/Kotone, he doesnt grapple with a specific truth like the other cast members. The closest he gets is the Adachi social link in Golden but that misses the mark because you already know the twist and its optional content.

Influenza vaccine seems to work this year. I caught it and only having mild symptoms… unlike last year, when vaccine effect rate was around 30 %…

Like, last March I remember lying in my bed and having heart rate of 120 bpm. Now I just have runny nose and need to sleep a bit more.

Now that work has begun, how're ya holding up with routine? Lol for me it's been kind of a pain going back, but I have had a decent start to the year, thank God.

I appreciate the gesture :) though I’m kinda used to being a bit ill several times a month lol. Having a 4 year old daughter is a blessing, but daycare centers are basically plague factories.

Well at least I’m now better so I can get back to office instead of remote work. Not kidding, I like going to the office and rarely work from home nowadays
 
That car journey with my mum and dad was funny af. I'm glad they dropped me back home on the way to their pub quiz.
 
i started playing Yakuza Infinite Wealth. One change i noticed was area attacks. During your turn, you can move your character around a limited area and position them in different directions. this could allow you to trigger area kills and colleteral damage with multiple foes.

recent turn based games i played tend to play around with movement in order to make turn based combat less static.
 
i find it funny that while im not into YA or Shonen battle mangas anymore, Im writing a novel with inspirations from both kinds of stories.
