i started replaying Jedi Survivor after finishing Infinite Wealth. The combination of Soulslike hack and slash and PoP/Uncharted style platforming works pretty well. However Im hoping they add a mini-map for the 3rd entry.

I started Classic Marathon this past week. Got almost halfway through and had to just stop playing. I played the first couple levels of Marathon 2 and the swimming controls make me never want to play video games again, good lord.
The vibe and story of the games are amazing, though. And I'm a child of the 90s, I played Doom, Duke Nukem, Shadow Warrior, etc, I so I get what the old Marathon games were doing. But there's some legit questionable, cruel, and tedious ish the first Marathon, I just didn't wanna deal with. Since I dislike not finishing games that I actually do think are good, I may go back and finish it, since apparently I've already cleared the hardest/worst levels (besides the final one). But Marathon 2 and Infinity? With those swimming mechanics? Nah.
I'm looking forward to the new game, though, quite a bit. Mainly due to how many IRL friends are playing it and its aesthetic.
