Virility Factory: Is it a heart or a stomach?

I have this come up in a video I'm going to post in a few days [when the connection speeds up that is. God dammit BT! >_< Of all the times you decide to slow down!] But I was going over the footage and now I'm questioning this part from the game.

Is this ugly thing a heart or a stomach?

I mean it does look like a heart, but then is it just a stomach or a bunch of intestines knotted together? The whole thing is based around a digestive system with where it's connected to those creepy fat tanks. What do you guys think, can you help an Acorn out?

I'm going with what you said, especially as those tube feed into those tanks with other demons who also digest and filter the Posion vomit.

Yep I'd say intestines or stomach... Something linked to digestion, in general, as this is the part where ingredients are miscelated.

Since Virility is a beverage the stage referencing some kind of digestive track makes sense. I love the art direction in this game. It's so wicked and cool.

Same here. If DmC2 ever gets made, I want them to take the '****ed up meter' to a whole another level.
